The car park is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. See below for shuttle service operating times.
At the entrance roundabout to Launceston Airport. If driving from Launceston turn right at the entrance roundabout and the entry is 50m along on your right. If driving from Evandale turn left at the entrance roundabout and the entry is 50m along on your right. Check out the Location/Parking Map page for further details.
Parking rates are worked out for each 24 hours (day) from the time you enter. Please either check out Our Rates page for drive in parking rates and parking rate calculator or check out Online Booking page for the online parking rates. Online booking will always be cheaper than drive in parking rates.

Visa, Mastercard, debit and credit cards and EFTPOS are accepted at the Pay Stations. We also accept cash at the Waiting Area Pay Station only.

For online bookings Visa, Mastercard, debit and credit cards are accepted

Note American express, Diners Club and other cards are not accepted.

No you can simply drive in to the car park and take a ticket but it is highly recommended that you make an Online Booking. Online Booking provides:

1. Access to better parking rates.

2. A guaranteed parking bay.

3. Faster entry and exit as our number plate recognition cameras automatically let you in and out.

4. We can plan for your arrival.

The shuttle bus will operate 365 days per year. It will operate on demand dropping people off from the car park waiting area to the airport and we are a phone call away to collect people from the airport and returning them to the car park.
The shuttle service will operate from 1 hour and 15 minutes before the first flight for the day to drop people to the airport through to after the last arriving flight for the day.
Our shuttle services runs on demand and only takes a few minutes to get to the airport. Just in case we are at the airport when you arrive, please allow 15 minutes to park with us and get to the airport. In most cases it will be quicker than this.
The shuttle service is FREE for all customers parking at Launceston Drive Park Fly.
Yes absolutely - there is a footpath provided from Launceston Drive Park Fly the airport terminal. The walk is about 500m or 5 minutes and is a great option for those that are able.
We sure do. We have accessible parking bays near the entrance that are clearly marked. A registered disabled parking permit must be displayed or shown to staff to use these bays.
Yes we can certainly take you across to the airport. It may be more convenient for you to drop your passengers at the airport first with their luggage and then park in our carpark and we will take you across. Note that our shuttle bus does not have baby/child seats (public buses are exempt - http://www.transport.tas.gov.au/roadsafety/people/carseats). Children can travel with us provided they use a seat belt. Under 12 months on the lap of an adult passenger. We also are not wheelchair lift equipped.
The car park is designed according to Australian Standards to accommodate vehicles of a maximum of 4.9m long x 1.9m wide x 4.0m high (if parking outside) and x 2.4m (if parking undercover). If your vehicle is longer than these dimensions, then please Contact Us. We try our best to accommodate all vehicles.
Only leave your keys with us if you are booking a car wash services. Otherwise take your keys with you. Note: We can accept keys by exception (such as if a different person is picking the car up).
