Yes, our website transactions are processed by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia or Paypal. We do not store any credit card details on our site.
Yes you can book at short notice (1 hour or more in advance) provided there is spaces available.
You cannot book once you have entered the car park.
Unfortunately this is not currently possible.
No. We do not charge additional credit card or booking fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
You can book up to 12-months in advance. This guarantees your space and the rate you pay.

Within minutes of paying for your booking, you will receive an email with a booking reference number confirming all your booking details. You will also receive a text message with your booking PIN. You may need your PIN number to enter and exit the car park.
We understand that these things happen. You may cancel your booking until 23:59pm the day before entry to the car park (subject to terms and conditions). You will be refunded the full purchase price less a cancellation charge of $3.00. No refunds will be given if a booking is cancelled on the day of booking or after. To cancel your booking, please Contact Us and we will send you an email to confirm when the refund has been processed.
To do this, please make a new booking for the required dates and times. Then contact us to cancel your existing booking. There will be no charge for this cancellation. We will send you an email to confirm when the refund for your existing booking has been processed.

This is where you log in, view and change your personal details and view your orders and bookings.
When you place an online purchase with us an order is always created. This contains your car park booking and/or your car wash order. A booking just contains your car parking booking. There will always be a car park order and a booking.
The confirmation email you receive on booking contains instructions on what to do when you arrive at the car park. General information on how to park is also available here.
Online booking prices are based on the entry and exit dates and times that you have selected during the booking process. Your booking is only valid for the dates and times that you have booked (subject to a 2 hour grace period that allows you to arrive 2 hours earlier and arrive back 2 hours later than your booked times). Please check your confirmation for your online booking entry and exit times. Prices are calculated in periods of 24 hours or more. i.e. 24 hours = 1 day, 24:01 to 48 hours = 2 days. The minimum charge is 24 hours.
There is a two hour grace period either side of your booked arrival or exit time. For example: • AT ENTRY – if you have booked to enter the car park at 8am, the grace period allows you to arrive from 6am. • AT EXIT – if you have booked to exit the car park at 8pm, the grace period allows you to exit any time up to 10pm. If you are outside these times, please contact a staff member at the car park who will work out if there are any additional charges payable.
Book online as you would normally but choose the Car Park Booking – Disabled Permit Holder. When you arrive at the car park, use any of the accessible parking bays near the entrance that are clearly marked. A registered disabled parking permit must be displayed or shown to staff to use these bays.
That is completely fine but please be aware no refund will be made if your stay is shorter than the booking period.
Bookings are for one time stays only and do not allow in/out privileges. Please see a car park staff member if you need to go in/out.
No, but it does guarantee you a space – which is perfect for those peak times and means you will always be able to find a space when you arrive.
If you're bringing a different car to the one registered in your booking this is fine but you will not be able to enter using licence plate recognition. Simply enter the code at the entry and exit.
It is not possible to amend a booking once you have entered the car park. Drive-in rates apply if you need to stay longer. You will be charged the drive-in rates from the end of your booking until you exit the car park. Please contact us if possible and let us know. And see a staff member on your return pay for the extra duration.
